ON LINE JOURNAL

http://www.nature.com/msb/index.html/
Molecular Systems Biology is a new online journal that covers all aspects of the rapidly growing and interdisciplinary field of systems biology at the molecular level, and attracts and helps shape the highest quality research in the evolving areas of genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, bioinformatics, microbial systems, and the integration of cell signaling and regulatory networks.

METHODS, SOFTWARES, TOOLS & OTHER

http://sbml.org/index.psp
The Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML) is a computer-readable format for representing models of biochemical reaction networks. SBML is applicable to metabolic networks, cell-signaling pathways, regulatory networks, and many others.

http://celldesigner.org/
CellDesigner is a structured diagram editor for drawing gene-regulatory and biochemical networks. Networks are drawn based on the process diagram, with graphical notation system proposed by Kitano, and are stored using the Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML), a standard for representing models of biochemical and gene-regulatory networks. Networks are able to link with simulation and other analysis packages through Systems Biology Workbench (SBW).

https://panther.appliedbiosystems.com/pathway/
PANTHER Pathway consists of over 60, primarily signaling, pathways, each with subfamilies and protein sequences mapped to individual pathway components. A component is usually a single protein in a given organism, but multiple proteins can sometimes play the same role. Pathways are drawn using CellDesigner software, capturing molecular level events in both signaling and metabolic pathways, and can be exported in SBML format. Pathway diagrams are interactive and include tools for visualizing gene expression data in the context of the diagrams.
